We will try to help before fulfillment, but changes or cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing, packing, transfer to a fulfillment provider, or shipment. If an order has shipped, any return is subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

9 Shipping and delivery

Organoma currently ships within the United States and offers free standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders. Processing times, transit estimates, tracking information, address changes, and shipping restrictions are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise. Weather, carrier delays, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, and other logistical issues may affect arrival times. Please read the Shipping Policy before ordering.

You are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate address. Incorrect or incomplete addresses, refused deliveries, or unsuccessful delivery attempts may cause a shipment to be returned. Additional charges may apply if you request reshipment, as described in our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

10 Returns refunds and product issues

Our Return & Refund Policy governs return eligibility, deadlines, conditions, and procedures. Submit any return request within the period stated in that policy. Approved refunds are generally processed within 10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. Our restocking fee is $0.

Inspect your order after delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email support@organoma.com with your order number and a description. We may request photographs or other information reasonably needed to investigate. Depending on the circumstances, a resolution may include replacement, return, or refund, subject to applicable law.
